I came from a construction background where I spent 12 years working for a contractor and some on my own, so the transition to Bell was a real blessing for me. I was able to apply the skills I developed as a home builder in our tooling department. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a supervisor

I work on the AA manufacturing leadership team in Piney Flats, TN. David Galik, and Raven Honsaker do a great job communicating and making each of the employees feel like they are an important part of the Piney Flats team. They just walked through the plant to wish each employee a Happy Thanksgiving
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I do not really feel undervalued. I think that my manager does what she can to improve my pay. Even though I have only been in my roll since 2016 I feel as though there should be a leveling system to have the supervisors on the same rate of pay, or comparable if their performance warrants it.
