I've only been at Calix for a couple of months but it's a great company to work for and would highly recommend to a friend or former collogues. I can't find any cons.. it's all been a positive experience.

Reasonably competitive package of the typical benefits you would expect. Nice added benefits of home office furniture program, internet reimbursement and monthly wellness reimbursement that can be used on a number of personal care expenses.

I love the ability to be able to perform a job that enjoy from my own home. This has been especially great during the pandemic and alleviates any concern about having to travel to an office.
