The team needs to get better at listening to their employees needs as well as recognizing them.
My coworkers is why I stayed for so long. They were so good to me and were friendly.
I would fire the managers and replace them with new trained ones and I would hire more staff. I would also put a rewards system in place.
I feel undervalued because I was never thanked even when I worked 10 days in a row and was always being complained at for something when I have a hard work ethic and always got tasks assigned to me completed. The compensation was also barely enough to meet my car payment and insurance.
