Keeping customer service first and keeping it a priority is the most positive thing they do.
I'm the most happiest at work when I truly assist a customer with something they needed and gave them excellent, friendly service that they don't receive at any other business.
Leadership needs to improve as making each district work as a team to help out fellow store managers. Instead of making them compete, encourage them to reach out to each other for help.
Creating your own team is essential in the store. DM telling you who to keep/ fire while visiting your store 2-4 times a week and not knowing the actual person's worth while overriding that it's your decision anyways, happens a lot.
Just in general DM's demanding that store managers work 60 hours per week as they micromanage them with required 5am/5pm photo text messages showing they entered/left the store for the day needs to stop. Treating store Managers as incompetent children and demanding 60 hours per week without empathy.
