Every day is a new challenge. It keeps me interested. I can't stand jobs where I have to do the same thing day in and day out.

My team is small, but everyone knows their job and does it well. I also love that I can discuss ideas with them and know I'll get sound feedback.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
They are approachable and don't get entrenched in old ideas. If something worked in the past but isn't working now, they are willing to change. That's going to be why this company sticks around.
Quali sono alcune delle cose migliori della tuo team?
There's a diversity of backgrounds that i find stimulating. Ive worked at other places where everyone went to the same 3-4 universities and had the same degrees. My colleagues at GH have so many interesting paths that led them here. I love that.
