Evaluate management staff and begin to have manager trainings. Having a clear on how to move up within the company and have clear expectations of what each dept or position can reach as pay is concerned.

We are paid far below the average for what others do in the same industry and within Los Angeles County. For the amount of revenue this place generates, many of us are struggling to pay rent, gas just to be able to work here. I would rather see less food and parties and more money in my paycheck.
