
I enjoy the employees that work in my department
Think about the employees first.
The major problem is most of the supervisor are unhappy and conversation turn in to a discussion about problems not positive contributions.
There is no set process and the candidates is mislead in some areas. There is a lack on information concerning benefits and education and training.
The company makes decisions and implements policies without understanding the impact to the employees on the floor. The company does not do trials to work out problem ahead of implementation.
Since I have been here the raises for supervisor have not even been equal to the cost of living. The company removed the matching retirement yet the officers pay went up.
