Communicate an actual company strategy. I have no idea why products are acquired nor what the overarching vision for the company/products is. Don't waste all-hands time on nonsense like back-patting and interviewing aging pop stars. Employees are starving for vision and direction.

Give us a mission and help us execute it. We're floundering and putting out fires without any sense of purpose. Also, make it easier to fix pay equity issues. It's nearly impossible to bring an underpaid employee into their salary band.
