If the compensation plan have some additional incentives for top sellers additional assistance provided by the resource i.e. cases, OT expending above and beyond, over achieving quota and incentive going down with targets going up, current market salaries

My leadership team involves JJ, Torri and my own State Side manager, They have always encouraged and appreciated hard work and any changes you can bring for betterment and easy of process. They help us by letting us explore on our own with some like myself who have done reporting for many years.

My team stands 2nd in terms of revenue generated YTD in SMB OB which speaks for the hard work as numbers speak for themself. Also, we keep a strong bond and I built a team of leaders as I consider one myself as well. We have a strong connection which reflects in our performerance.

My goal have always been to understand core process of the company I representative and everything I do is according to it and I must say I have been given amazing platforms in terms of different applications that have given me access to much more then I could ever imagine and learnt a great deal.
