It's been 6 months since I joined the company. It has been a wonderful journey. From the training period till now I have learned something new on a daily basis. A wonderful thing about working at a tech company is that technology is constantly evolving and being a part of that evolution is the best.

There are quite a few things. If I had to name one it would be positivity. The positive and helping attitudes of the senior management make us strive hard and achieve our goals as an individual and as a team.

Constantly challenging each other to achieve the best along with helping each other with the issues that our team members might be facing. The teams here are like families and there is a supportive culture. Everyone tries to help out as much as one can.

Working on the holidays and getting overtime payment. The monthly spiffs based on performance really let a rep completely pore all his efforts to achieve the top performer. The bonus that you get for achieving all your KPIs during the quarter. The overall compensation package is adequate.

The pandemic has taken a toll on our physical health as well as our mental well-being. Getting to meet your co-workers virtually every day is what makes me happy the most. Plus getting closer to the goals I set for myself is what makes me happy. Each day I get one step closer to achieving my goals.
