I feel so blessed to work for Paycom. I struggled a lot in my former career with being overworked and underpaid. I was not treated with respect and consideration. Paycom is night and day from my former job. I work 40 hours a week, am paid well and have opportunities for growth and job security.

It's obvious that my manager and supervisors believe in me, challenge me and support my goals and growth. I can't say I've ever worked for a more supportive work environment!

The teamwork! We all help each other out, whether it be showing someone how to do something they're not familiar with or helping to load lift on someone's task/project when there's bandwidth, we are always there to lend one another a helping hand.

It's so hard to choose just one thing. I have gotten close to some of my coworkers, so it's nice coming to work and seeing my friends and getting to have lunch together. I also have a lot of fun doing my job and being productive makes me feel fulfilled.

As an entry level employee in my field, I'm making nearly double what I made in my previous career even though I'm working less hours than I worked when I used to be a teacher. Our health insurance is only $2 a month and we get perks like free access to wellness apps. Paycom takes care of us!
