I feel very blessed to have found the Paycom opportunity, both personally and for my family. I have grown tremendously as an individual since coming onboard and I have been fortunate enough to be able to advance my career along the way. I get to work with some amazing individuals at all levels.

I love that our leadership team maintains a strong long-term vision for our company and that we as employees are part of achieving that vision.

The potential to earn extra income is greatly appreciated. This along with the ability to be a shareholder of Paycom and the perk of getting the stock at a 15% discount are my favorite things about the compensation.

My team is great. I am able to be my true self around them without fear of being laughed at. The culture of excellence is contagious and you want to do your best to help the company and your co-workers.

I am happy that no two days are the same. I get to work on challenging things, but that is also what makes my job fulfilling. I also work with very intelligent people that bring the best out in me.

I feel like everyone has a place at Paycom and the belonging on the team is one of my favorite things. There is also a vulnerability that emanates from my particular leader, that is something to strive towards and it makes you want to work hard for the department.
