The leaders seem to be out of touch on how to manage a team supporting an exhibition industry. It will be nice if someone checks the challenges, we will typically encounter in supporting this kind of industry so we can plan ahead.
We have a global setup which requires members to support from APAC to US and ensure we are attending to the needs of these regions in a timely manner. Even if we have higher compensation, we cannot be awake and working effectively from APAC to US time zone.
