We don't have toxic people in the team. We'll have disagreements here and there but it has never affected our working rapport and has been solved healthily without resorting to aggression.
I like that our HMO covers a lot of things to take care of our health. I think the best part is that our HMO has become adaptive to the times and has offered to shoulder our mental health costings as well.
I think the most I like about the leadership team is that they get to know their employees and actually hang out with us and get to know us beyond the work that we do. It makes us feel comfortable and able to communicate our issues easily without fear of retaliation.
