I believe some of the leadership team are driving innovation and change with regards to the overall company strategies to achieve our goals however, I still believe there needs to be an evaluation and cultural shift towards our sales methodologies and metrics used to grade performance.

Inclusion and diversity in approach to sales strategies. There is not a racial issue but definitely an ableist mindset that is an obstruction to progression and growth. Neurodivergence was mocked and looked down on. New ideas from junior staff are ignored or not given serious consideration
