I like our CEO & his mindset. I think others at the top do not understand our business model and get too aggressive with goals. Our team kills themselves to deliver and the rewards for that are lackluster. You can do 100 things right and make so much forward momentum & then it's quickly forgotten.
Accomplishing goals even when it feels impossible.

Everyone is welcoming and supportive.
The people you work with
Delivering excellence to our clients
They care. They step up. They are put under unfair timeslines and pressure and always deliver
They do whatever in their power to deliver the best experience to our attendees. They are caring, supportive and incredibly talented.
They work hard and care. They fight for things that need to be fought for and understand how talented their team is.
They make educated decisions based on the goals and needs of the show. They care about their team members. They can about the client/fan experience.
I feel they want to strive for the best and hold us accountable to do so. They also seem to care about our well being and understand the challenges we're up against.
We've had high up people leave in high up positions and we never replace them, but the goals don't change, and we have to sacrifice (with no extra money) to make sure we still hit the numbers. A raise would be nice (like $10k) or at least a onetime bonus when someone leaves in your department.
