They need to realize that they can't keep paying their "most successful" workers minimum wage. If they dont want to pay us for our work and our time, they need to give us a clear reason why.
That my team has drifted away from the "we are family" narrative to take care of ourselves and help each other out. We do not have a stable culture at this company without fair pay and work life balance.

I have felt undervalued for a very long time. It would make me feel better if my compenstation matched the hours that I put into my work and the quality of the work I do. I feel like there is no incentive to help the company do well if I can barely get by myself.
