I dont know honestly, they dont deal with lower level
Like I said. Just listen, to be treated like humans and such.
They need to actually listen as well as respect the people who do have some sort of seniority over them.
Actually being listened to, my skills actually being put to use instead of sticking me in a dead end where none of it matters.
Assistant managers who dont even get the promotion the proper way talking about their employees badly to other lower level employees and spreading rumors or lies makes it very uncomfortable to work with.
Asking questions that someone with a disadvantage of knowledge in particular area during important interviews just so someone else who would know because of the department they are in gets the position even though they are incompetent.
