The positive is that everyone in the entire store gets along, and are willing to help. As for the environment, the members are often very defensive and rude.
I have a great team, because everyone is pretty easy going. Not to mention, my team is always willing to help one another especially when we're short on staff.
For such a big corperate like Walmart, they're not willing to schedule enough people per day, per shift. Competitor stores are always well staffed, yet Sam's Club can only afford to schedule an X amount of people due to cost. Which is ridiculous!
