Winning people over and making new friends, having merchants super happy and the overall flexibilty of my job. Love the work/life balance

I love sales and am commission driven, so this plan has a lot of advantages. That said, the insurance could be better and - most importantly - the worst part of it is only getting a bonus every 3 and a half months. I live on credit cards and often struggle with this.
