Benefits are lousy for their employees and this is an insurance company! Also there is no incentives or bonuses for all employees.

Bullying needs to cease at all cost. There is no "safe" zone for employees that are being threatened by coworkers or upper managers.

There needs to be accountability for employees. Also the moral is very low and nothing is in place for boasting moral. There is a lot of bullying in this company with high turnover.

The leadership team needs to work together and develop team building skills. Also there needs to be more diverse upper management and higher executive positions. Men tend to dominate this company with receiving the most pay.

As before, moral need an increase. Bullying has to stop along with consequences for those that are doing the bullying. Equality needs to be across the board and "favoritism " needs to stop. Putting the members first and foremost is also a big need.
