There needs to be more accountability overall. Stronger employees aren't recognized widely and weaker employees are generally allowed to skate by. Lower-tier employees need to take initiative to get better.

The pay is comparable for the region and job itself and they have generally been good about annual raises and incentive bonuses. The fringe benefits (Employee Stock Plan, Tuition Reimbursement) are well above class.

It's not transparent at all in the application process and interviews are painfully predictable. They are also often window dressing as candidates are pre-selected. Much of it seems pointless. There is also no/terrible feedback protocols.

The leadership needs to reflect more and consider the opinions, feelings, and feedback of both the external customers and internal customers. There is a distinct lack of respect on that front that sours everything else.

The Senior Leadership teams needs to listen to their lower level leaders and employees. They also need to consider their projects and initiatives more fully and communicate with confidence and accuracy. Trust in senior leadership has drastically eroded over the past few years.

The company culture needs to recognize that one size does not fit all. They push out effective leaders and employees who do not drink the kool-aid and who refuse to ignore the things that are wrong. We need more actual honesty in the culture.
