At the begining when I started I was excited to come to work and work in the kind of environment UT Health provides. The way this have gone recently make me feel like our voice isn't being heard.

I feel iam underpaid for the tasks I must do for payroll, scheduling and supervising . The amount of work doesn't match the compensation and with my experience I feel that I should be earning more.
