I have enjoyed my time at UT Health San Antonio. I am currently in graduate school in hopes of advancing my professional development and career at the university. I prefer to receive a higher compensation for my consistent contributions, productivity levels and customer service.

Management, leadership, and faculty tend to receive larger salary increases in comparison to the hard-working staff whom are equally essential in achieving the organizations goals and mission. Staff should be paid fairly while also adjusting to rising inflation. We are the front line workers!
