Generally i would say it's been positive. sometimes tolerable, sometimes intolerable and draining. i have high hopes for this dept

in this department specifically, everyone seems to like one another. in my previous department, it was all negative which starts with the leadership.

my position doesn't seem to warrant a livable wage nor is there respect for a lower level employee. You have to be an executive in this company to be taken seriously. What UTHSCSA says and does with respect to employees are two different things. Give us back tuition reimbursement.
