A better support system from management. I'm talking about Area leader's and above. They only care about results not that everyone's been working 24/7. If they think it's so easy they need to be working in the store for a while

My manager comes in no matter what and does her best, 7-11 refuses to Close the store with somebody calls out overnight making my manager have to cover them. Covered a week straight double shifts and has no days off. But 7-Eleven doesn't care
O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?
A better support system that we had before 7-Eleven bought stripes out. Stop introducing new stuff to flood the market with when you don't have employees prepared to undertake the task. Stop punishing employees when they don't complete these test due to shortages of staff.

Every 7-Eleven only has the bottom of the barrel of workforce. These people never show up to work and when they do they don't do any work. But it's hard to fire anybody or Replace them because you can't train fast enough or nobody wants to work certain shifts. Everybody Is thrown to the wolves
