I was a new employee. Hired to be a manager in training. But on the first day was given a "store associate" role. Which I was overqualified for. He continue to lie and change the timeline. Dont promise 15-18 but then tell me 15 is the most. And maybe 16 in a couple months. So there is more money..

When there is TEAM work. And i don't know.. actually train people? Not leave them in the register 8 hours a day. When they are an expert at other things as well.

The interview was the best part. Probably because i was gaslighted. What was promised at interview was not the reality day one on the job. 12 years of retail management.. and you are handing me an sales associate name tag?
