We felt closer when we were smaller and it felt like the company cared more about us as individuals. Understandable with growth but still feels a little like being forgotten for previous accomplishments and contributions. It has a feeling of What Have You Done For Me Lately.

It feels like people always want to help, I never hear the word No when I ask for help, most people go far above and beyond when providing it.

Feeling like we did what the client ask and we beat expectations on time and quality. If I make a client happy, it gives me joy. If I can help a co worker, it gives me joy.

We all do different things but have the ability to assist each other when necessary. The fact that we interact with so many teams in the company means we have a good handle on the application and our customer needs.

Stock Grants are really appreciated but I miss Lunch every day and it seems we spend money on trinkets instead of useful items. How many of us do you think will use the Cheese Board? Save the money for something meaningful.
