So far I've had a positive and supportive experience. My team is there for one another and always willing to step in and help one another. We all work towards the same goal and are always looking to better the client experience.

Overall I enjoy my time here at Alkami. I enjoy my teammates, work, and the ability to work cross functionally and get to know other teams. I feel transparency of our leadership teams needs improvement.

I just recently returned from maternity leave and I appreciated the length of mat leave given. I also love that we have unlimited time off now that I have a little one to tend to when needed.

We are very team oriented and work really well together. We make time to get to know one another outside of work, can count on each other for help when it's needed, and we each have different strengths and learn from one another.

I like that our leadership team is open and transparent about our clients' feedback whether it be positive or negative. They're aware there are some things that could be done better when it comes to serving our clients and have actions in place to enhance their experience with us.
