Overall, it's been a positive experience. However, there are many 'cliques,' and when you are remote and do not know people personally, you are often on the outside of the inner circle. This makes it more difficult to navigate, get things done, and feel there are opportunities to advance.

I love talking with people - collaborating on projects, working with clients and helping them be successful.

People take time to thank each other, and to celebrate the wins and help get past the losses.

The environment is challenging and, at times, competitive, but in a good way. The collective Alkami is working towards the common goals. The culture is hardworking but fun.

I like how they are all engaged with each other and with the staff. I also like the presentations during the all-hands calls, when we have an opportunity to hear from each leader.

I like the mobile and WFH stipend. It's not a lot of money but the company doesn't have to do that -- and, I like the opportunities to invest in the company (ESPP).

They are clear in communicating our strategy and how I, as an employee, contribute to the company's success. I also enjoy that Alex is very personable and seems to genuinely care about people. He's an incredible leader.

Everyone supports each other. If you ask a question, people jump in to share what they know, while some raise their hand to say they need the information too. I am never made to feel dumb asking for help from my team.
