The company is growing - we're going through a lot of struggles, change, and other things right now. Overall positive, but we're in very fragile times, especially if you're a leader.

Generally the freedom to work on what I want without being micromanaged. It's nice.

The extras we get along with the paycheck. We are incentivized other than simply salary, which ends up being a positive.

Executive leadership has well intentioned goals and support for the rest of the company to follow. They are all kind and transparent.

Most folks are open, helpful, and honest. You don't have a lot of folks running around throwing you under the bus. That's very rare here.

I can say it's about what level you are at at Alkami. At my level, the options we get outside of the paycheck is pretty good.

The ability to move, adapt, and the freedom to innovate and take control of your own destiny. Also the open door policy we have is fantastic.

It's openness. Just in general. There's no siloes that keep people tucked away. You can hit anyone up for any reason, and you'll most likely get a welcome response.

When people actually come together to collaborate, and not just talk about metrics, responsibilities, and focus on issues. It's beautiful thing to watch and participate in when it happens.

Working collaboratively. Most of my colleagues prefer to work in their own siloes and often try to deflect or defend work rather than focusing on solving situations as a whole.

It depends on which leadership team you refer to - we have level of leadership. Our top leadership is great, has the right goals and directions, and focuses on the right areas.
