My department, specifically, is what keeps me here. My manager is the best, most caring manager I've ever had. He listens to everything you say and takes what you say into accountability. I only wish the pay was better. I took a 15k paycut to come to Alkami based on the reviews of others.

Extremely nice, caring individuals. I've never worked on a team that always looks out for each other and always willing to help. They are a great group of people.

Transparent communication. They do not seem to hide a lot and relay information as they see it. It's great having this type of executive team knowing that what you see is what you get.

I do not feel undervalued, but I have been a PM for 10 years and I've made more, while still able to work from home, in my last two positions. I wanted to try Alkami because I heard it was a great place to work but I still feel underpaid for the amount of work I put in.
