Um, all of them need to be retrained. And learn to be more respectful of each other. I feel as i go to work to work with 5 year olds. They need to realize other people have feelings. They ALSO need to put themselves in other people shoes.

Management is the problem, they're bringing in people off the street and placing them in roles they do not have the skills or experience to do.
