When I am working on a project that I know will help the company grow. It's good to feel productive, weather it directly translates into recognition or not.

Of course everyone is genuinely smart and committed to doing great work. But there is also an 'energy' that Asurion people have. I like to think they embody Asurion Core Values of motivation, teamwork, sharing credit for good work, etc.

They are laser focused on how to grow our company, while also showing genuine concern for employee wellbeing. Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, proactive communications about Covid, messaging about work-life balance are examples of ways they show their investment in us as resources and as people.

We are a very diverse organization. Management listens to the rank and file and good ideas are promoted, regardless of where they come from. I know several of our executives personally after working closely with them. They really are amazing people and their values influence company culture.
