Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
I'm hopeful for the future potential that we have. We're much better at fostering our culture in person than as remote workers. Our covid culture has been horrible. Our WAH culture is so negatively impactful to any progress we had made prior.

Prioritizing our feedback and actually putting action into place. We constantly give our feedback and rarely see anything come of it. They also love to talk about our "Asurion Family" and DE&I but we're sometimes the farthest thing from it. We're all working 2-3 jobs as 1 person. It is exhausting.

We're all being worked so hard. I say this *not* in a complaining way or as a person who just doesn't want to work. I LOVE to be busy and work hard. It challenges me. The way I've been worked the last 3 years and at the pace we've been pushed to deadlines is impossible. We cover the work of 2 roles.

I feel like I'm not heard and I feel like I'm treated as though I'm just doing what is expected. I'm doing 5x the work in COVID with no added comp or encouragement that it's noticed. Pay me for the work that I do. Pay me for the skills that I bring to the table. Pay me what you pay my male peers.
