Its not their fault. Leadership likes to hear themselves talk, but doesnt put in the effort to buld the team
Investment in their employees. Leaving a field team from home isnt leadership, its baby sitting. Management is cold, and only cares about sales.
Compensation seems random, not based on merit, and increases are laughable. Theres little motivation to do better other than fear of losing your job. Leadership based on fear always fails.
Make #oneteam mean something. It feels like a manager race to see whos liked more by senior management, no one cares about the morale of the frontline worker unless it fits inside their own scope of understanding.
