After working for the company for nearly a decade, I can safely say, I wouldn't have been here as long as that, if I didn't feel happy that the company is going in the right direction, and that my role within it is a positive part of that journey.

They are approachable, regardless of what position you have in the company and they encourage you to bring forward your ideas.

That they treat you as an individual rather than a resource. Personally I feel like I have a role which is appreciated and therefore the work I do.

Its very hard to say as there has been a lot of new members since the pandemic started and so I haven't had a chance to meet many face to face as yet

Pre-pandemic there was a lot of positivity to say here as it had a great culture, probably the best I have had at a company, I am hoping it can get that way again.

They are open to listen regardless of what position you hold in the company. This is evident in changes to systems and/or processes constantly being made to try and support any concerns employees may have, in order to retain them.

There are no square pegs in round holes, it is clear that everyone is driving towards the common goal and doing it as a team despite not being able to see each other face to face for nearly two years now.

There are many signs that we are trying to get back to where we were pre-pandemic, and once we are that is only a good thing. The offices are being/ have been improved globally, which helps so much with the working environment.

Not necessarily going wrong, but with all the changes including the CEO, the lack of interactivity with other members of the team because of the pandemic and simply the amount of changes within my personal team, it will take a while to reconstruct what Barracuda had for me persoanlly.

There is a keenness to keep hold of the fun side of working at Barracuda despite the company's growth over the past few years. This has always been one of the facets of Barracuda which has attracted people to work for the company. Work hard, but have fun whilst doing it.
