Barracuda's compensation is on the lower end of the market for my job title. Similarly, they are on the lower end of the market compensation-wise for the other people on my team. They could offer to match more for 401k.

need clear priorities from the executive team. need time to develop priorities instead of releasing something half-complete and never touching it again. need understanding from leadership that a date on a slide is not set in stone and developments can happen that postpone that date.
