I've enjoyed my current time here, however I do not currently see a need for someone with my role to work in the office any longer considering I spent 18 months or so working from home with no issues.

Forcing the support team back to work in the office just because "sales" might need us, and due to the company "culture" As a support rep I do no get many people come to speak to me regarding issues, and the 2 and a half hour commute is a drain on my wallet and my mental health
