Get rid of the supervision/management that tries to start confrontations to get someone in trouble. Work at solutions instead of just writing someone up. Find out the real reason why something happened. Don't just take management's answer, investigate.
actually care about the employees. Don't give a smoke screen that you care, prove it. Interact with us and on decisions that pertain to us, let us help with the solution. Management does not always know what will work the best.
