I have had a good experience working for this company, and I have high hopes that it will grow and be very successful. It has it's problems, but they are ones I believe can be fixed if good strong leaders are put in the right positions. This company is in need of LEADERS, not managers!

Our group needs to build a team that is respected and looked up to. This has created an environment that is toxic and unproductive. In order to improve this situation, the individuals need to be removed. Only then can the team build as a strong, productive, professional group.
