The most positive aspect of the culture & environment at Bell is that we are always engaged in giving back & helping out within our own community. Engagement is so important to us that it is embodied by one of our core values: 'Lift Each Other Up'!

I have directly been told by my Mgr. & know from market research that I'm being underpaid, given the experience & education that I bring. I would feel better about my compensation if I knew that Bell was actively evaluating the ranges at each grade/ role/ site, not just at Headquarters.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

I'm most happy at work when I'm reminded of the amazing products my Company produces. I'm proud to know that we have not only made a significant impact in the realm of vertical lift already, but that we are not afraid to keep pushing the envelope as we work to change the way the world flies!
