I came to Bell after retiring early from another aerospace company. From day 1 I've felt valued and received much support as I came up to speed with the company processes. I've been impressed with the work culture at Bell and have attempted to do help mentor my co-workers as I have been mentored .

Although I'm on an extremely fast paced program and most of the time recently have had a mountain of work, I always finish the day with a sense of accomplishment.

Everyone works as a team. I haven't encountered any "silos" here at Bell. Every co-worker that I've dealt with has been open and helpful. In my 37+ year career (34 years at other companies) I've never experienced such an open and cooperative environment.

Bell promotes (and genuinely embraces) core values for it's employees such as "Lift each other up." Out team has worked very well together with that support. My Bell co-workers are also the most impressive, competent group that I have worked with in my 40+ years in the industry.
