I feel like DG doesn't pay people fairly, or give raises as often as the are deserved. I also feel that they shouldn't work people full time hours, unless they are going to give them full time benefits. I don't think I've ever worked part time hours at DG, but don't get full time benefits.

Just our attitudes about all of the work we're expected to do, but we know it can't get done in the amount of time we have.

If I felt like anyone noticed all of the hard work that I've put in, it wouldn't be so bad. They only allow so much in payroll, & that means that a lot more work is put on everyone. We are expected to do the work of 2 or 3 people, but never get raises or a pat on the back.
