I'm about a month in and so far it seems like everyone is dedicated to seeing success, communicating problems, and seeing progress. The company provides good benefits for employees and the products are high quality.

Overall it is a strong company, I'd like to see us continue to grow in new and innovative ways and not get stuck doing things the same way over and over. I like everyone's commitment to working hard but keeping a good balance with life.

Golden Hippo does a good job with benefits and fair pay. I've never had any issues with the compensation process and I think the company offers some benefits that other companies do not. The health care plan for individuals and families in particular is very good.

The transparency - even if I don't agree with a decision I understand why it was made and why it is in the best interest of the company. The weekly stand up is very open and everyone does their best to answer questions as openly as possible.
