Clear growth track so i understand where i can go. Cross trained positions to reduce travel expenses on the company but also show value of my skillset. My bonus is tied to something that is outside of my control.

Match internal employees to pay scale of external hires for same or lower skillset. Clear promotion paths. Allow remote work for new positions posted so we arent limiting our candidate pool. Leadership needs to hear directly from customer facing teams before making top down decisions.
