It is a great company that cares about its employees. It has been difficult taking the advise of management to have a good work-life balance. The management team means what they say but...the work still needs to get done.

Collaborating on making improvements to how we do things. We constantly change how we do things as we learn from our mistakes.

We have a super productive team but its a really friendly and jovial bunch of folks which makes it a fun work environment

They are really open about the challenges and successes our company has. They also encourage an open door policy to raise any concerns folks have.

Salary is at about the industry standard though this year I think we will need to see some adjustments to keep pace with the market.

Working with new technologies and making a difference to Hospitals and medical staff and hopefully in turn doing our part to help patients have an easier time while getting medical treatment.

The leadership teams goes out of their way to make sure all Imprivata employees understand how the company is doing and genuinely try to make sure that we are doing well both professionally and personally.

They dont keep employees in the dark. When it is appropriate for the whole Imprivata team to know something the executives make the effort to keep everybody in the loop. They dont just tell us about decisions, they explain why the decisions were made.
