Incredibly demanding in terms of hard work but loved every minute of it. Nothing stays the same, there is a drive to improve, the pace of that is comfortable. But too often we get in our own way and that's harmed us significantly on a number of occasions.

I love working here, but the workload can feel pretty brutal, especially combined with the inability of north american leadership to see outside of the american box and lack of genuine time investment to change that, But its satisfying, its challenging, its meaningful and my colleagues are friends.

Constantly evolving. Friendly and respectful. Generally people have a very positive attitude unlike some places I've worked where people just moan.

I'm happiest when I'm in front of my customers, and when they give me a chance to participate in solving their challenges.

Innovation with customer always in mind. Food culture at least when we were travelling. Good attention to employee wellbeing. Intelligent helpful personable people.

Transparency. Accessibility. Customer first focus (at the exec level, but sometimes at departmental level this doesn't translate down, I see some short term blinkers which might show good results now but our behavior might bite us in future).

My team is incredibly supportive, we're always there to help each other despite, or perhaps because of, the demandingness of our role. We get on with one another, we are friends. Our hiring for cultural fit really does lead to a better workplace.

Leadership right from the top continually emphasize that our priority is to do the right thing and deliver value to our customers. That's refreshing. It feels like we are on a mission to really improve the lives of clinicians and IT staff working in healthcare.
