In the 30 years I have been in the workforce, this is the first job that I have had where I am 100% comfortable, 100% happy, and feel 100% secure. I don't dread having to go to work and I don't worry that one tiny mistake is going to loose me my job. The people are great.

Although my rate is higher than most office jobs in the area and I am grateful for that, with the cost of living and food prices going up, I think that a few dollars more an hour is fair

Changing an upset and angry tenant in to a less stressed happy tenant. Most times it's just about showing genuine concern and actually trying to assist them, not just get them off of the phone. In my experience, if you at least try, even if the outcome is not in their favor, they appreciate it.
