The manager don't know how to communicate to his employees. He only works at his store if we're lucky 3 times a week. The language that some of the co workers use is inappropriate for a business that kids come in and can hear. But they are never called out on it.

It would be nice to be able to have an actual lunch break. To have a better set schedule like i was promised instead of getting trumped by someone who quit then came back and cant even do their job. To be listened to when i have concerns or problems

Talking to the individuals who are using fowl language. There really needs to be a better cash register system because having two people count the draw during rush hour and making customers wait 15 to 30 minutes while the employees count the drawer is not very efficient. And rude on guests time.

It would help if corporate would ask those of us who deal woth customers on a daily basis asked us for some insite. What we see could be improved and actually listen. They dont deal with the general public, so at times they make some standards a little impossible and even some customers notice.

If they could actually do their job! The back actually try to hear me when i holler stuff out. The front girls even though they dont want to work up there, niether do i but its our job! Learn to work as a team not just this is all i have to do. For everyone to be trained to do all positions
